The Progress Center Inc's Community Supports Program is designed to provide community-based services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our goal is to empower individuals to live independently and participate fully in their community.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will work closely with our team to implement person-centered plans and care plans, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will also participate in community-integrated activities, services, and events, promoting inclusion and socialization among participants.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency with electronic software (Microsoft Office Suite) and electronic health records is also essential.
