Job Title: Kitchen Dishwasher

Job Overview: As a Kitchen Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that clean dishes are available for food preparation and service, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
- Ensure that clean dishes, utensils, and cooking tools are properly stored in designated areas.
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, floors, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Assist kitchen staff by providing clean cookware, plates, glasses, and utensils when needed.
- Take out trash and dispose of waste according to health and safety regulations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Assist in other kitchen tasks as required by the team, such as restocking or food prep.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay:
$16-19/hr (based on experience)
