Overview
We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Duties
- Research: Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and customer behavior
- Content creation: Write ad copy, blog posts, and social media posts, and create graphics and promotional materials
- Campaign development: Prepare marketing strategies, plans, and objectives, and assemble and analyze sales forecasts
- Campaign execution: Plan and organize meetings, trade shows, and promotional presentations, and select venues and manage vendors
- Campaign tracking: Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities, and track sales data, costs, and new business data
- Campaign assessment: Prepare reports and assess the success of marketing campaigns
- Database maintenance: Maintain marketing databases and promotional materials inventory
- Teamwork: Work with marketing teams and sales teams to achieve goals and help them understand the brand's voice
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, brand management, and public relations.
-Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs, and features is a must with experience in web page development and graphic design.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in digital marketing, website management, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the organization in public.
- Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
Day to Day
- Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating e-mailing and mailing lists and establishing contacts
-Researching to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data; Track, provide and evaluate analytics to assist in identifying the most effective marketing campaigns
-Design and create marketing material for property listings
-Maintain marketing calendar for email blasts and social media postings
-Continuously provide marketing content and post to all social media platforms will maintaining effective ad campaigns
- Creating funnels to mange leads coming from each source
-Provide marketing guidance; Meet with agents upon receipt of new listing to prepare marketing plan for each property
-Research articles for website blog and optimize content for SEO key word searches; also keeping our Google page updated
-Ensure consistent branding compliance throughout the office
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree or experience in a related field (required)
Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Real Estate
Previous Marketing experience (required)
Previous Office Experience (preferred)
Baic Knowledge of photography and videography(required)
