Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking equipment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the school's IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to students, teachers, and staff for various hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new systems and upgrades to improve the school's IT infrastructure.
• Conduct routine maintenance and updates to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems.
• Keep track of inventory and assist with procurement of new equipment when needed.
• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and bring new ideas to enhance the school's IT infrastructure.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various operating systems, hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven track record of working in a team and independently to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.
