We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
• Ensure all public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, are kept clean, neat, and stocked with supplies.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor or management.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the hotel.
• Replenish guestroom amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and minibar items.
• Assist with the laundry of linens and towels, ensuring items are properly sorted and washed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with guests and other team members.
• Adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including linens and cleaning equipment.
• Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
