The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Specialist. This position is a Hybrid role, located in Washington, DC. The qualified applicant will become part of the TPG team supporting the Department of State (DOS),
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and configure Adobe Experience Manager to support web and mobile applications.

  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and IT teams to implement and enhance digital content.

  • Monitor and optimize user experience and site performance.

  • Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.

  • Ensure compliance with web standards and best practices.

  • Provide technical guidance and support for AEM users and stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular site audits and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager.

  • Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with AEM workflows, templates, and components.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
