Armed Security Fixed Site

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveillance of premises using CCTV and other security equipment
- Maintain a highly visible presence to deter illegal and unauthorized activities
- Monitor and control access points to ensure the safety and security of the facility
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required
- Handle conflicts and de-escalate potentially dangerous situations
- Provide assistance and support to customers, employees, and visitors as needed
- Perform regular patrols to identify and address any security risks or vulnerabilities

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Experience in law enforcement or military is highly desirable
- Proficient in operating surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
- CPR and first aid certification is preferred
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques

Pay: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
