Job Summary:
The Providence Center CCBHC Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the implementation and coordination of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) initiative within the Providence catchment area.
This position emphasizes operational support, quality improvement, collaboration with community partners, and alignment with CCBHC criteria to ensure client-centered, evidence-based care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and implementation of services that meet CCBHC standards and criteria.
Work with CCBHC Director to establish goals, refine workflows, and support program staff in their roles.
Collect, organize, and analyze data to monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Support the CCBHC Director in project planning, tracking expenditures, and managing resources related to the initiative.
Facilitate training efforts in evidence-based practices in partnership with the Workforce Development Manager.
Foster relationships with internal departments, external service providers, and community stakeholders to enhance outreach and care coordination.
Assist CCBHC Director in monitoring to ensure compliance with CCBHC and regulatory reporting requirements.
Assist with preparing and submitting timely reports to BHDDH/EOHHS, including updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
Maintain communication with Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCOs) to ensure services meet documentation and accessibility standards.
Educate staff on CCBHC updates and best practices to promote a multi-disciplinary, client-focused approach to care. · Submit and track CCBHC exception forms via secure e-mail.
Serve as a liaison for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and outcomes.
Participate in community partner collaborations to integrate CCBHC services effectively.
Participate in the Consumer Advocacy Council for CCBHC standards.
Attend required training and provide feedback to improve staff development initiatives.
Assist in the oversight of schedules, including the CCBHC Extended Hours Schedule.

Requirements:
Masters Degree in healthcare, human services, or related field.
At least three years of experience in regulatory management or community mental health services, including experience with serious mental illness, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
A minimum of five years of experience in community behavioral health settings.
Familiarity with CCBHC standards, evidence-based practices, recovery models, and dual-diagnosis treatment.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including public speaking.
