Family Primary Care Clinician

Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) is recruiting for a family medicine provider to join our team in 2023.
The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care and an interest to work in community health with a multicultural diverse patient population.
About this opportunity:
- Weekday-only schedule (4 or 5 days)

Our provider care team includes Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, OBGyns, Family, Adult and Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. PCHC has in-house integrated behavioral health counselors, nurse case management, dental, optometry, podiatry, dermatology, rheumatology and asthma-allergy specialists.
