Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Leasing Coordinator to join our team. This role has a strong emphasis on leasing activities, complemented by property management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a true team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing:
Showcase properties to prospective residents through in-person tours, virtual tours, and phone/email inquiries.
Highlight property features, amenities, and benefits to prospective tenants.
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and guide applicants through the leasing process, including application reviews, background checks, and documentation.
Monitor and meet occupancy goals by implementing leasing strategies.
Maintain leasing records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Marketing and Outreach:
Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, to attract new tenants.
Keep property listings updated across all platforms.
Position Requirements:
Must have excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must have strong problem-solving skills to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues
Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Must be familiar with Google Drive and social media platforms
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
At least 3 years of Property Management or Leasing Consultant experience or sales experience in a related field.
Office and field-based position, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, some nights and weekends required
Compensation:
Overall compensation package between $55,000-$65,000 / year commensurate with experience.
