Job Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

About the Position
We seek an experienced Psychiatric NP with 3 to 5 years of experience working as a PMHNP in Behavioral Health, specifically with patients who struggle with substance use disorders. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute an integrated primary care and mental health model of care for patients with substance use disorders in collaboration with leadership and support teams
- Provide daily psychiatric direct services, including check-ins, initial evaluations, follow-ups, and crisis responses
- Offer training and continuing education to staff on psychiatric/mental health topics and clinical evidence-based practices
- Participate in research opportunities when available
- Contribute to clinical program development alongside the Clinical Program Manager and Director of Nursing
