Teamwork Therapies is looking for a full-time, part-time, or per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for our Tracy and Stockton location in California. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work in an outpatient clinic setting, collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver Occupational Therapy services. Responsibilities :
- Assist in conducting client evaluations under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist.
- Implement treatment plans based on client goals and therapist recommendations.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance clients' motor skills and functional abilities.
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment for optimal client outcomes.
