Job Title : Advanced Practice Provider (NP / PA) - Emergency Medicine

Location : Athens, OH

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a background in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine to join our Emergency Medicine program. This role is ideal for providers with at least 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience.

Role Details :

  • Shifts : APP shifts from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Daily census : 31.6; nightly admissions : 5-6 on average.
  • EMR system : EPIC.
  • Specialty coverage includes Pulmonology, Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, Interventional Radiology, and PICC line nurse support.
  • ICU beds : 12.

Requirements :

  • Board Certification as an NP / PA.
  • Active Ohio license (or in process).
  • BLS and ACLS certification prior to start.
  • Proof of COVID vaccination.
  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience (required).

    • Compensation Options :

  • 1099 : $77 / hour.
  • W2 : $70 / hour, including benefits :
  • Health / Dental / Vision (HSA included).
  • 250k group life policy.
  • 401k with 3% company contribution.
  • 1,500 CME allowance.
