Family Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our thriving outpatient family practice in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic health conditions
- Presume medications and treatments as appropriate
- Provide patient education on disease prevention and health promotion
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current FNP certification and South Carolina state licensure
- DEA registration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an FNP preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
