We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will provide counseling, case management, and support services to individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social services, and community resources to support clients
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Implement evidence-based interventions and crisis management strategies

Requirements:
- Active Florida LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
