Nurse Practitioner – Family Medicine

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a well-established and growing primary care practice in Athens, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages

• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses

• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate

• Perform health screenings and preventive care

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR systems

• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility) in the state of Georgia

• Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills

• A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care
