We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a well-established and growing healthcare team in Belmont or Gastonia, NC. This is a permanent, hospital-employed position offering the opportunity to provide advanced care to newborns in a supportive and collaborative environment.
👶 Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to neonates in Level II/III NICU settings

Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and nursing staff for care planning

Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests

Perform procedures such as intubations, line placements, and lumbar punctures

Educate and support families regarding neonatal care and treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with regulations
🎓 Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Nursing with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (NNP-BC)

Active and unrestricted RN and APRN license in North Carolina (or eligibility)

Minimum 2 year of experience in Neonatology Required

NRP certification required
