Cardiac Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiac care team at The Provider Finder.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology and be able to provide high-quality care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including electrocardiograms, echocardiograms, and stress tests.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Educate patients on self-management strategies for their cardiovascular conditions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

Master's degree in nursing (MSN) with a specialization in nurse practitioner (NP).
Registered nurse (RN) license.
Cardiology NP certification.
At least 2 years of experience working in a cardiology setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
