Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Physical Therapists in providing exceptional physical therapy services that align with professional principles and practices.
- Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, ensuring personalized care that meets each patient’s needs.
- Monitor and document patients’ progress, reporting any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Maintain compliance with state-specific Practice Acts and regulations governing Physical Therapy practice and supervision.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and facilities to enhance client relations and satisfaction.
