Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create, implement, and maintain an integrated primary care and mental health model of care for patients with substance use disorders
- Deliver daily psychiatric direct services, including assessments, interventions, and ongoing support for patients with substance use disorders
- Design and lead educational programs for staff on mental health topics and best practices in patient care
- Participate in research initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development of clinical programs in collaboration with senior nursing leaders
