The Mission:
- Lead, train and inspire the team to find the balance in working hard while having fun with customers and fellow employees
- Manage the overall operations of the store in the absence of the owner
- Develop a customer-centric culture that makes Pump House an awesome place for dessert and friendly place to hang out

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
