What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Service Assistant position at The Pumphouse Riverside Restaurant and Bar?
Responsible for assisting servers.
- Assist the servers by running food to the tables, refilling beverages, and processing payment.
- Remove dirty glassware, silverware, and plates once guests are finished eating. Everything else left on the table by the guests must also be removed.
- Reset the table once the table has been cleaned. Ensure the floor and area is clean.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Inform management of guests who are unhappy with the service as quickly as possible.
- Maintain composed, professional and calm attitude at all times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $4.50 - $5.00 per hour
