TikTok Live Sales Host / Retail Sales Associate (with Growth Potential to Store Keyholder)

Overview:

We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity at The Purse Ladies for a dynamic and energetic TikTok Live Sales Host, with a unique opportunity for growth. In the next month, we will be opening our new retail store located just 5 minutes from our TikTok studio in Mandarin, Jacksonville. Up until mid February, this role will be based out of our TikTok Studio where you'll engage with our online community through live sales streams. After this, you will transition to our new retail store, playing a pivotal role in both in-person sales and maintaining the digital engagement on TikTok. With the store opening, this role will evolve into a Sales Associate and Live Host position, with the potential to grow into a Store Keyholder as you develop in the role.

Salary Range: $17 - $19 per hour, plus up to $125 in tiered commission per live stream.

Job type: 28-40 hrs a week

Location: Initially at our TikTok Studio transitioning to Retail Storefront in Mandarin, Jacksonville, FL opening mid-February

Job Overview:

As a TikTok Live Sales Host, your primary responsibility will be hosting live streams on TikTok, showcasing our purse collections and engaging with a wide audience. You will entertain, inform, and build strong connections with our viewers, driving sales through your engaging personality and product knowledge.

In addition, this role will transition to a Sales Associate position at our new retail store in Mandarin, Jacksonville. You will be responsible for assisting customers in-person, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales targets. Over time, there will also be potential for growth.

Responsibilities:

TikTok Live Sales Host:

• Host and create engaging live TikTok streams, showcasing our purse collections to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
• Engage with viewers during live streams, answering questions, providing recommendations, and building customer relationships.
• Demonstrate product features, quality, and condition in an engaging way, highlighting key selling points while always being transparent about the condition.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative, on-brand content for TikTok, including product showcases, promotions, and behind-the-scenes looks.
• Drive sales by leveraging your charisma and product knowledge to turn interactions into purchases.

Sales Associate (Transitioning to Retail):

• Assist customers in the retail store, providing a personalized shopping experience, answering questions, and guiding them to find the perfect products.
• Process sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during checkouts.
• Maintain product displays, ensuring merchandise is organized, tagged, and presented attractively.
• Stock shelves and assist with inventory management.
• Monitor store performance, providing feedback to improve sales and customer service.

Requirements:

• Comfortable on camera for extended periods, with a lively and engaging presence.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both digital and in-person customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail when showcasing product features and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Experience in luxury fashion or accessories is a plus.
• Experience in fashion or retail is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn about luxury fashion and trends is essential.
• Ability to transition seamlessly between digital sales and in-store retail responsibilities as we open the physical store.
• Leadership potential with an interest in advancing into a Sales Lead role.
