Job Summary: The QTI Group is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our Horicon facility. You will be trained to use essential hand tools and power equipment to assemble high-quality metal fabricated/plastic products.

Responsibilities:
- Product Assembly: Inspect and assemble product components with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Product Packaging and Preparation: Package and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintenance of Efficiency and Scrap Standards: Maintain high productivity levels and minimize scrap materials.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to follow work instructions and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic Math Skills: Possess basic math skills for measuring and calculating product specifications.
- Hand Tool Experience: Previous experience with hand tools is a plus, but not required.
- Transferable Skills: Relevant skills sets may include picking, packing, warehouse, industrial, and manufacturing operations.
Working Hours and Pay:
- Shift Schedule: Work Monday through Friday, 6am-2pm.
- Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour.
