Summary:
The QTI Group has partnered with a premier manufacturing company located in Stoughton for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join their team. The Customer Service Representative directly interfaces with customers and colleagues to bring forward solutions to complex problems. This role supports business-to-business sales with a small number of high-impact clients. To thrive in this role, you must have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. The ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and work independently within a team environment. This direct hire opportunity operates Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The pay is starting at $41,600 per year based on experience. This company offers great benefits too!

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming domestic and international calls, e-mails, and website requests.
  • Provide technical literature, advice, and recommendations for customer inquiries.
  • Perform Customer Service lifecycle activities including resolving general customer requests, maintaining customer accounts, managing quotes and orders, coordinating production and delivery schedules, and generating customer invoices, credit memos, and international shipping documents.
  • Document sales opportunities, follow up on quotations, and provide information or solutions to move customers along the path to purchase.
  • Build customer relationships; maintain CRM database currency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a high quality of work.
  • Advise Business Development and Marketing of customer trends and requests. Provide input on the website, newsletter, and other material to facilitate sales.
  • Assist with operational and strategic objectives and projects.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in a business-related field or three years’ experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional customer services skills including strong oral and written ability to communicate complex or technical concepts with customers, which include international contacts.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, follow procedures and meet deadlines, while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Capable of quickly learning new technologies.
