The QTI Group has partnered with one of the largest semi-trailer dealerships in the nation to find a Front Desk Coordinator (AKA Accounting Receptionist). The Accounting Receptionist will provide essential administrative and clerical support, including managing phone systems, greeting guests, handling mail, and supporting accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
This full-time position offers Monday-Friday hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. This position is located onsite in Deforest, WI, and offers a business casual environment where jeans are acceptable.
The pay for this position is $23 /hr. based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage phone and voicemail systems.
- Greet guests and customers in a professional manner.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Distribute and process incoming mail.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment.
- Provide support to AR & AP teams as needed.
- Process rental contracts and credit applications.
- Handle credit card payments and prepare bank deposits.
- Assist the Senior Accountant and Controller with various tasks.
- Perform general filing and clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and administrative support is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to technology.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
