The QTI Group is seeking a highly skilled Production Operator to join our team in a biotech facility located in the Windsor area. This role involves working in a state-of-the-art facility with a positive work environment, where we prioritize employee satisfaction and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment safely and hygienically, adhering to all processing procedures.
- Operate complex machinery such as fermenters, centrifuges, autoclaves, pelletizers, mills, and freeze dryers.
- Monitor production processes and collect samples for various analyses.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and mechanical upkeep to ensure smooth operations.
- Safely move equipment, product, and materials using powered pallet jacks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Relevant experience in an FDA-regulated or controlled manufacturing environment, preferably industrial fermentation or pharmaceuticals.
Work Schedule:
- $21.50/hour.
- Monday-Friday; 6:00am-2:30pm.
