- Work for a highly prestigious hotel located in sunny Carmel Valley, California.

- Support Membership Manager with producing and distributing member correspondence as well as prospect inquiry collection and initial outreach
- Prepare notices and other items for staff meetings, general employee meetings and all other scheduled employee events
- Provide support to Golf Club and Catering departments with member events, including BEO execution, event registration, member relations, etc.
- Assist with processing purchase orders and invoicing for Membership Department
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and knowledge of office equipment and media
Salary : $25 - $28
