What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Server position at The Quechee Club?
We are currently seeking enthusiastic event servers to join our team! Event Servers play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for the wide array of events held at the Club including weddings and golf tournaments.
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to the established service standards.
- Clear tables and ensure prompt removal of used dishes and utensils.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about menu items, dietary restrictions, and event details.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and organized event environment.
- Assist with post-event clean-up and ensure the property is prepared for the next event.
We are looking for candidates with the following:
- Prior experience as a server or similar hospitality role.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Team player with a strong work ethic
