What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at THE QUEENSBURY HOTEL?
Conveniently located on the bus line, The Queensbury Hotel is currently seeking a Front Desk agent for their busy hotel. The historic hotel houses 123 rooms and hundreds of conferences every year. Job duties are, but not limited to:
- Checking guests in and out
- Answering phone calls
- Making room reservations and dining reservations
- Placing Room Service orders
- Acting as a concierge for our guests
This candidate much be motivated, willing to stand their entire shift and able to work in a fast-paced work environment, as well as being able to multitask and have a vast knowledge of computers.
Shifts will vary.
