We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive hands-on Family Office Operations Associate to support a private Family Office. This role is multi-faceted and requires a professional who can seamlessly manage administrative, financial, legal, and property management tasks while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including document management, and correspondence handling.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks and coordinate with external accountants.
- Assist with legal and compliance matters, including the tracking of legal documents and liaising with attorneys.
- Assist with property management, including tenant communications, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times.
- Conduct research and compile reports to support business and personal decision-making.
- Maintain and organize confidential records, contracts, and financial documents.
- Handle special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of experience in a family office, wealth management or similar environment.
- General familiarity with bookkeeping/accounting matters
- General familiarity with legal and compliance matters
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), QuickBooks and other relevant software.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
