A prominent Family Office office in New York City is seeking a sophisticated, experienced real estate rental leasing professional. This role would report to the CEO and other members of Senior Management.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to general inquiries via phone and email from prospective tenants as well as brokers / agents.
- Set up / manage showing appointments with prospective tenants as well as brokers / agents.
- Show apartments / tour buildings with prospective tenants as well as brokers / agents.
- Interface with property management / construction department to ensure all units on the market / being shown are up to company standards.
- Ensure that all units are being marketed correctly and clearly.
- Work on new leases / lease renewals etc. to ensure all agreements / arrangements are correct and clear.
- Research and incorporate new marketing ideas / concepts such as new or different websites / MLS databases or new technologies that can be used.
- Track leasing activity such as active deals / vacancies / renewals / days on market / price points etc.
- Work with multiple departments on a variety of special projects.
