The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter who is passionate about the hospitality industry, community-building and providing best-in-class and personalized membership experiences services for discerning clientele. They are comfortable in a strategic, data driven environment and are able to thoughtfully evaluate business opportunities to create actionable insights. They should have a demonstrated ability to think both creatively and analytically, optimize processes and initiatives, have a critical eye for detail, and have high expectations and standards fortheir work and team. They must enjoy being part of a start-up environment and are committed to being a positive, professional, and proactive team player and ambassador for The Quin.

This person needs to be highly organized, poised, and personable and a resourceful self-starter and problemsolver. Client-facing experience and the ability to appropriately represent this high-end club to influential clientele. The main responsibilities include:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, and climb multiple flights of stairs. This position will frequently require the ability to stand, walk; sit; use hands and reach with hands and arms, as well as balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

- Results-driven individual who is focused on presenting a best-in-class member experience and seamless execution.
- Data entry, research, and management of the CRM system for their member category.
- Adept a fundamental data analysis as it relates to membership trends.
- Ability to attend / work our memberships events including greeting, tours and mingling with guests. When virtual the event will need to be staffed, attended, and follow up post event with attendees.
- Upbeat demeanor and willingness to help with administrative duties as needed
- All other assignments as requested

- Genuine interest in hospitality operations and business strategy
- Work experience or degree focused in Business, Sales, or Communications a plus
- A strong team player who supports their team and embraces ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the team’s work
- Results-driven individual with exceptional execution, critical thinker who is focused on details as well as the big picture.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Open availability and flexibility to work according to the needs of the business
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook
- Experience with CRM Platform a plus
- High school diploma required, college experience preferred
