Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hand Car Wash Manager with car wash management experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards, managing other team members as well as scheduling employees. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and employees performing various tasks to enhance the experience of each customer while ensuring that each vehicle is properly detailed in a timely manner.
Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them in selecting car wash services.
- Supervision/management of employees who: Perform thorough exterior washes, including hand washing, rinsing, and drying vehicles, Conduct interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire car wash area, ensuring all equipment is organized and in good working condition.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises for washing and detailing purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Scheduling employees, time management
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with car wash operations or detailing techniques, including skills in car wash management and custodial duties. (MUST have Car wash management experience)
- English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail and supervision
- A valid driver's license is required to operate customer vehicles safely.

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
