Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Installation Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the right racks and accessories for their vehicles, provide expert advice, and perform precise installations. Excellent customer service is at the core of everything we do, and we are looking for someone who can make every customer feel valued and supported. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with selecting vehicle racks and accessories based on their needs.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations on different types of racks (roof racks, bike racks, cargo carriers, etc.).
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer has a positive experience from start to finish.
• Perform professional and safe installations of racks and accessories on customers' vehicles.
• Pull, package, and ship online orders.
• Manage inventory and restock shelves with products as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and installation area.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or automotive installation experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills (email, text, phone).
• Mechanically inclined with practical experience in hands-on work.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with precision measurements.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds unassisted, including overhead.
• Ability to climb stairs unassisted while carrying up to 60 pounds and team-lift up stairs with reverse stair climbing.
• Ability to climb a ladder while carrying up to 45 pounds.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• A valid driver's license is required.

Monday: 10-6 | Tue-Wed: 11-6 | Thurs-Fri: 10-6
Saturday: 10-2 | Sunday: Closed

Typical Work Schedule:
Monday | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Thursday | Off
Friday | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday | 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sunday | Closed
