The Radchenko Law Group, a prestigious and highly regarded family law firm in Plano, Texas, is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to join our growing practice. We are a very busy law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to families in our community. Position Overview :

The Senior Family Law Attorney will represent clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and property division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a proven track record of courtroom success.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle a caseload of complex family law matters from inception to resolution
Provide legal counsel, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court
Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies tailored to each client’s needs
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards

Qualifications :

Active Texas State Bar license in good standing

3-5 years of trial experience in family law required

Strong litigation and courtroom skills, including handling contested hearings and trials

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service

Compensation :

Salary starting at $120,000 for attorneys with 3-5 years of trial experience in family law

Higher compensation will be negotiated for candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications
