Job Summary:
As a part-time LPN/RN at The Radcliff, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to our residents during evening hours. You will ensure that residents receive the highest standard of care and attention while maintaining their comfort, dignity, and safety. This position is ideal for someone seeking flexibility with a set schedule of 2-3 shifts per week, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
Assist with resident activities and engage in health education as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Active LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois.
Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Ability to handle emergencies and difficult situations calmly and professionally.
Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
