Rage Specialist

Job Summary: Join our exciting and dynamic team at The Rage Room, where we provide a unique and exhilarating experience for our customers! We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests at both our Rage Rooms and Axe Throwing. As an attendant, you will be the face of our business, guiding guests through their sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and creating a fun and memorable atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and check-in guests, provide an overview of activities, answer questions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Safety Protocols: Enforce all safety rules and guidelines, conduct safety briefings, and monitor guests during their sessions to ensure they are following procedures.
• Session Management: Prepare and reset the Rage Room between sessions, including setting up breakable items, cleaning up debris, and ensuring the room is ready for the next guest.
• Axe Throwing Supervision: Provide instructions on proper axe throwing techniques, supervise the axe throwing area, and assist guests as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is in good working condition, perform routine checks, and report any issues to management.
• Cleaning and Sanitization: Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including sanitizing equipment and common areas regularly.
• Event Assistance: Help with special events, group bookings, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
