Employee Training & Retention

· Procure/develop, execute, and/or evaluate training and continuing education opportunities for employees.

· Develop curriculum for orientation, in-job training, and retention programs.

· Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees.

· Create and implement activities to enhance employee experience.

· Provide support for new employees and if needed, identify what resources they may need for growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Expected hours: 40 per week

Salary: $45-50K per year

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience working in an employee training or retention role.
• Experience planning and executing group meetings or events for a business.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Stillwater, OK 74074: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
