Duties
- Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor resort staff to ensure high standards of service and performance.
- Assist with human resources functions including seasonal hiring, training, scheduling, and oversee daily duties.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare daily deposits, reports, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with marketing and management to promote the resort and enhance its visibility in the market.
