What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ranch Managers - Team/Couple position at The Ranch at UCross?
The Ranch at UCross is seeking a full-time, live-in couple/team to manage our guest ranch in Clearmont, Wyoming. The Ranch caters to motor coach tour groups in the from May to early October and special events the remainder of the year.
We require hands-on managers with experience in hospitality, reservations/office skills, cooking, housekeeping, building maintenance, horses, irrigation, mechanical/equipment operation and maintenance. Experience in ranching and hospitality required. The ranch managers have the full support of a corporate office for marketing, payroll, human resources and accounting.
This position has a very competitive salary, housing onsite, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off and meals provided in the summer.
