The Ranch of Opportunity, located in Fayette County, provides residential services to adolescents who require a full spectrum of behavioral health services. The Ranch is now hiring for a Maintenance Technician, pool/as needed, to work at this peaceful property.
Job duties include: This position will ensure properties are maintained properly and effectively and that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner. This includes general repair work including changing light bulbs, drywall repair, painting, unclogging drains, minor toilet repair, testing water daily and more.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Septic Systems desired.
- High school diploma or above required.
- Previous maintenance, repair, handyman/person, or building experience or training is desired.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Salary: $20.00 – 25.00/HR. Based on experience.
Job Type: Part-time
