The Ranger Group, a leading US Engineering Solutions provider to companies across the Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device, Electronics and Industrial Manufacturing industries, is currently seeking a Product Design Engineer for a Direct Hire role with an HVAC Manufacturing client of ours in the Fort Worth, TX Area. This role will require new hire to work 100% Onsite.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of engineering tasks, including product design, testing, analytical studies, and project management. Working within the HVAC industry, you will be responsible for designing new products and enhancing existing offerings. You will also provide technical support to internal teams regarding the products youve worked on.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop products for the HVAC industry
Conduct product testing and perform analytical studies
Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Provide technical support to internal staff regarding product-related queries
Requirements :
5 years of hands-on design experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High-energy, leadership-driven mentality, with a strong eagerness to contribute and succeed
