Outside Account Manager

We are an established manufacturer's rep agency within the plumbing and HVAC industry. We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our team in the Louisville,KY market as an Outside Account Manager.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth within their accounts.
• Lead business development efforts by researching market trends and identifying potential new clients.
• Manage the entire account management process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service changes, and other relevant information.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements to provide valuable insights to clients.

Skills

• Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Proficient in using CRM software for managing client interactions and data analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
• An understanding of market dynamics within the plumbing and HVAC sector is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
