Position: Office Manager / Administrative Assistant
Type: Part-Time (Flexible)
Hours: 18-30 hours per week
Location: In-person at our office in Stockton, CA (Roberts Island)
DESCRIPTION
As the heart of our office, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and the go-to person for keeping everything running efficiently. You'll manage daily office tasks, handle administrative and financial duties, and support our diverse business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Manage phone calls, appointments, and office schedules
- Keep records organized and updated (filing, scanning, and data entry)
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reconciliations
- Maintain office supplies and run occasional errands
- Support company personnel across all divisions
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
