Salary - $60,400 - $72,300 depending on experience
Relocation - This position may qualify for relocation.

About The Position
We are seeking an Indirect Material and Service Commodity Manager to join our Global Supply Chain team. In this position you will:
- Participate in cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and select sources that demonstrate market segment leadership and increase value to our organization.
- Participates in the execution of procurement commodity strategies for the assigned categories.
- Drive purchasing decisions based on quality, cost, risk, or other criteria evaluations and recommend suppliers best suited to meet the organization's requirements.
- Provide detailed cost analysis and evaluations of quality and delivery performances to drive the sourcing decisions.
- Develops, distributes, and analyzes RFPs/RFQs and collects bids or other information.
- Improve quality and delivery by participating in and executing supplier improvement plans through monitoring performance regularly and leading key initiatives.
- Minimize and eliminate supply chain risks by quickly addressing concerns and supporting internal stakeholders, such as in the event of immediate supply risk or emergency outsourcing.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement internally and throughout the supply chain.
- Participates in Toyota Material Handling Group (TMHG) initiatives promoting synergies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 0-2 years relevant experience in procurement.
- Ability to Travel: Up to 25-30% (domestic and international)
- CPSM or APICS certification a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office applications and highly talented in Excel.
- Ability to adapt easily to change and work in a fast-paced environment, acting with sense of urgency when faced with organizational risk.
- Results oriented and strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at any level.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Must be able to problem solve and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
