About the position:
Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
- Expedites parts to remedy shortage problems
- Picks up and delivers materials within and outside of company and maintains records on material flow
- May be responsible for ensuring incoming materials are properly routed.
- May monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments to meet scheduled commitments
About the work environment:
Works in a factory setting. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in accordance with Company policy. Required to stand for long periods of time and manually lift/move/manipulate parts up to 50 pounds or use cranes/hoists to move heavier materials. Temperatures may be extreme; elevated in the summer, cold in the winter. Needs to be able to cope with stressors and demands that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable and defined levels of performance are maintained.
About you:
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Six or more months of related experience is preferred
About the total compensation package:
Wage - $19.00 - $22.33 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
