About the position:
Works independently to manage multiple Customer accounts, including work order management, invoicing, use of multiple third-party systems, reporting, training stakeholders as needed, reporting, and data analysis. Receives general direction and is expected to develop and/or approve procedures/ practices as required. Participates in Team meetings and Raymond Lean Management activities and projects. Travel: Typically less than 5%. Must have ability to travel if needed.
Designs, develops, implements and/or maintains internal and external software programs and/or systems across the national Raymond Solutions and Support Centers. Leads skilled/professional teams in planning, coordinating, and conducting highly complex, major data and reporting projects.
Responsible for interpreting and/or recommending asset planning, including evaluating existing methods/processes and developing/approving new procedures/plans that are most cost effective. Typically works under normal office conditions.
You will:
- Analyzes Fleet-centric strategic needs as well as general requirements and designs.
- Reviews and interprets highly complex reports and/or data and provides analyses, summaries and resulting action plans. Employs new concepts that significantly impact important problems/issues using data-driven facts and logic.
- Leads skilled data professional teams in planning, coordinating and/or conducting highly complex projects or project segments using data queries, data manipulation, and applications to build reporting and analytics for internal and external consumption to drive best practices across the organization and for customer satisfaction.
- Exchanges information and resolves issues with senior and executive level staff inside and outside the Company regarding best practices on asset management, data analyses, invoicing, and work order management.
- Provides advice and counsel with regard to technical and/or specialized knowledge to all levels of employees across division. Works closely with department colleagues for collaboration and cross-training.
- Analyzes/reviews current practices/procedures and makes/approves appropriate changes based on defect tracking and future-thinking on best practices.
- Maintains records with appropriate supporting material. Updates records as necessary.
- Performs transactional-related work as assigned.

About you:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- This is an entry-level position; no previous work experience is required. However, 2 or more years of project management experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
It would be great if you had:
- Experience in Data Analysis and Reporting
- Experience with SQL
- Proficient in manipulating raw data, pivot tables, and data queries
- Professional knowledge and employment of Data Security and Privacy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows file structure
- Knowledge of Data Base Management Systems
- Knowledge of SAP business systems
About the total compensation package:
Salary - $60,406 - $72,301 depending on selected candidates experience.
Relocation - This position may qualify for relocation.
