We’re looking for a Project Specialist who designs, develops, implements and/or maintains programs and/or systems that can have functional impact. Plans, coordinates and conducts complex projects. Responsible for interpreting policy, evaluating existing methods/processes as required and developing new procedures/plans that are cost effective. You will:

About The Work Environment
Works in a factory setting. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in accordance with Company policy. For forklift operation, required to obtain and maintain Forklift Driver Certification through the Company and operate the forklift in a safe manner. Required to stand for long periods of time and manually lift/move/manipulate parts up to 50 pounds or use cranes/hoists to move heavier materials. Temperatures may be extreme; elevated in the summer, cold in the winter. Needs to be able to cope with stressors and demands that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable and defined levels of performance are maintained.
About You
Salary - $60,406.00 - $77,449.00 Total compensation is based on chosen candidate’s experience.
Relocation - This position may qualify for relocation.

- Create standard work and process flow maps.
- Review and report on data.
- Implement Kaizens.
- Support new product implementation.

About You
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent is preferred.
- Two or more years of project management experience is required.
