About the position:
The ESS Regional Sales Manager (RSM) proactively develops and drives Raymond Accounts Managed Inc. (RAMI) and Solutions and Support Center (S&SC) Energy Solutions training and sales activity. This requires managing the ESS Sales pipeline for their assigned RAMI and S&SCs ensuring they meet their assigned ESS Sales targets and that specific targeted accounts progress through the sales cycle to closure. This individual also functions as a power consultant to support and train RAMI and the S&SC sales and service departments, as necessary. The RSM should be viewed as a business consultant working in direct contact with various levels of RAMI and S&SC management including the Dealer Principal, to gain program support. Assists in business planning/forecasting, development of RAMI and S&SC sales staff and general promotion of all Raymond Energy Solutions products and services, ultimately resulting in increased market share and profitability.
- Maintains strong working knowledge of current Raymond Energy products and services in addition to competitive products and services in the marketplace.
- Builds effective relationships within assigned RAMI and Raymond Solutions and Support Centers.
- Supports and performs all business initiatives such as promotions, campaigns, and trade shows.
- Develops and executes a detailed Power Development Business Plan for the given accounts and territory.
- Recommends and assists in the development and implementation of new energy products, power programs (Energy as a Service), service and sales initiatives and strategies.
- Works closely with all divisions within RAMI and Raymond Solution and Support Centers including Executive, Sales, Service, Customer Service, Marketing, Leasing, Rental, Used, and Renewed teams to achieve Dealer of Distinction Power criteria.
- Assists field in providing facility power study audits and power study implementations.
- Assists field in making power recommendations, based on captured data from various sources, to Solutions and Support Center customers.
- Assists field with the quoting and sales processes of Energy Solutions products and services.
- Owns accurate CRM power data entries for assigned RAMI and S&SCs leading to accurate forecasts to Raymond Corp. and vendor partners.
- Prepares and performs quarterly business reviews with Executive team at Solutions and Supports Centers.
- Develops and nurtures relationships with current and future ESS program partners.
- Provides sales, service, and technical training to all divisions within Solutions and Support Centers.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
- 5 or more years of related experience.
- Must be fully versed in the motive power industry.
- Previous material handling industry experience is preferred.
About the total compensation package:
Salary - $107,191- $137,430 per year depending on selected candidates education and experience. This position will be eligible for a bonus up to $55,000.
